Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional issue that impacts physical growth, cognitive development, and the quality of human resources. The government is implementing a program to accelerate the reduction of stunting through various nutritional interventions, one of which is the provision of F100 milk to toddlers suffering from nutritional problems. This study aims to analyze the impact of the stunting reduction acceleration program specifically the provision of F100 milk at the Penimbung Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in West Lombok Regency. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document review, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which encompasses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the provision of F100 milk has a positive impact on improving the nutritional status of toddlers, supported by adequate resources, implementer commitment, and a clear bureaucratic structure. Program success is further bolstered by cross-sectoral coordination, routine monitoring, and support provided to the toddlers' families. Challenges that persist include limited parental knowledge regarding F100 milk administration, family socioeconomic conditions, and adherence to health workers' recommendations.
